Privacy
This notice explains what personal information DababonPro collects through dababon.pro and Campus by DababonPro, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

Who we are
DababonPro is a software studio based in the Philippines. We are the personal information controller for dababon.pro and for our own operation of Campus by DababonPro. Questions and requests about your personal information go to privacy [at] dababon [dot] pro.
You give us personal information only when you fill in one of three forms. Each form asks for what we need to answer you and nothing more. Every form has a hidden anti-spam field that real visitors never see.
Your name, email address, organization type, and the message you write. We use them to reply to you and to understand the system you want built. The form sends an email to our team through Amazon SES. The website does not keep a copy in a database. Request logs, which include your IP address and the time of the request, are deleted after 14 days.
Your school or centre name, the kind of school, your name, email address, and the optional phone number, city, website, and message. We use them to reply, assess fit, and set up your school on Campus if you go ahead. The request is stored in the Campus platform database in AWS Singapore and emailed to our team. It is deleted automatically 180 days after submission unless it has become a school account.
The website address, business name, and public profile link you choose to give, plus the work email you use to receive a sign-in link. We read publicly accessible signals from the website you name, such as crawl policy, metadata, and navigation. Sign-in sessions end after 24 hours without activity and after 30 days at most. Research results stay in your workspace while it is active and are removed when you ask us to remove them.
What we do not do
We run on Amazon Web Services. The dababon.pro website, the contact form, and the research workspace run in the United States (N. Virginia). Campus by DababonPro runs in Singapore. Email to our team is sent through Amazon SES. These providers process information only on our instructions. Because the regions are outside the Philippines, your information is transferred abroad to those data centres and nowhere else.
We disclose personal information only to those processors, to a school that owns the records (see Campus below), or when Philippine law requires it.
Campus by DababonPro
Campus is an invite-only learning platform served at campus.dababon.pro and at each school's own host under dababon.pro. Staff and learner records on a school's Campus belong to that school, which is the personal information controller for them. We act as the school's processor: we store, secure, and back up those records to run the service under our agreement with the school, and the school decides who may see them. A school's own privacy notices to its staff and learners apply to how it uses Campus.
Operator and staff accounts hold a name, email address, and role, managed through Amazon Cognito. Signing in uses the browser storage needed to keep your session, and a browser you choose to remember skips the emailed code for 30 days. Every change to a record is written to an audit trail that the school, and where the law requires it the school's regulator, may read.
All pages and APIs are served over HTTPS. Data at rest is encrypted. Access to production systems is limited to named accounts with multi-factor authentication. Campus keeps point-in-time backups and an audit trail of every change. We never ask for your password by email.
Your rights

Object to processing, including any direct marketing, which we do not do.
Raise a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
To exercise any of these, write to privacy [at] dababon [dot] pro from the address you used with us, or use the contact form. We answer within 15 working days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
dababon.pro is for businesses and schools and is not directed at children. Learner records on Campus are collected by each school under its own consent process. When this notice changes we publish the new version here with a new effective date, and we tell schools directly when a change affects them.
